Increased Precautions We're Taking in Response to COVID-19

LAST UPDATED ON 10/09/2020

As updates on the impact of the coronavirus continue to be released, we want to take a moment to inform you of the heightened preventative measures we have put in place at Ann Arbor Comprehensive Treatment Center to keep our patients, their families, and our employees safe. All efforts are guided by and in adherence to the recommendations distributed by the CDC.

In adherence to the social distancing recommendations provided by the CDC, we have implemented strict protocols at our clinic to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

  • Patients who have active symptoms of illness or a fever of 100 degrees or higher must call ahead to arrange after-hours dosing.
  • The number of people allowed inside the building at any given time is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines.
  • The number of people waiting in line is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines, and those present must maintain a minimum distance of six feet from one another.
  • To maintain line restrictions, patients are asked to wait in their cars until direction is given.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

Please note that for the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff, on-site visitation is no longer allowed at Ann Arbor Comprehensive Treatment Center.

  • This restriction has been implemented in compliance with updated corporate and state regulations to further reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
  • Alternate methods of communication for other services may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

CDC updates are consistently monitored to ensure that all guidance followed is based on the latest information released.

At Ann Arbor Comprehensive Treatment Center, we believe that a key component of providing effective care is ensuring that each person who chooses to heal with us is empowered to play an active and informed role in his or her treatment. For that reason, we will spend considerable time with you prior to starting treatment to ensure that you understand all aspects of your treatment plan, including the cost of treatment, and that you have made all necessary arrangements to pay for your care.

Our dedication to individualized care means that the cost of your treatment will depend upon the types of medication and therapies that are incorporated into your personal plan. Though the cost of treatment may vary from patient to patient, the following standard policies and procedures are universally applicable:

  • You will be required to pay for all services in advance.
  • If you are paying out of pocket, we will accept cash, money orders, and major credit cards that have been issued in your name (or the name of the person who is paying for your treatment).
  • If you intend to use your insurance benefits to pay for treatment, one of our staff members must  verify your coverage and confirm your eligibility before you can begin treatment
  • In most cases insurance will be an upfront payment and you will need to submit an invoice to your insurance provider to request reimbursement.
